Chatterbox Voice Conferencing Server Pricing
Chatterbox is licensed as a software product that you install and run on your own Windows computer. The licensing is priced on a "per user" basis. A user is considered one that is connected to the Chatterbox server. For example, a 100 user server will allow you to have 100 simultaneously connected users. However, you can have an unlimited number of different users use your server over the life of the license. The concurrent user license applies to all users in all rooms connected at the same time.
We offer the ultimate in software licensing flexibility to include:
- Full purchase - you own it, no additional costs
- Lease to purchase - pay a little upfront and then low monthly fees for 12 months
- Rental - we provide the server, the bandwidth and monitor it 24x7
All licenses include unlimited conference rooms unless noted otherwise (Please see our frequently asked questions for an explanation of how unlimited works). The number of users is based on the number of simultaneously connected users regardless of the total number of users that may connect to the server over time.
All server licenses require an annual renewal fee of 25% of the list price of the server purchased. This renewal fee ensures that Simple Software can continue to support our customers with:
- Unlimited use of the automatic chat client download service provided by Simple Software (includes redundant systems to ensure high availability).
- Free updates to the product throughout the year
- Free and prompt email support
